This embedded program operates within a nursing home setting, providing recovery-oriented care to adults living with chronic and severe mental illness. Embedded, Team-Based Care:

As part of a well-integrated behavioral health program within a nursing home environment, you'll collaborate closely with nursing staff, social services, psychiatry providers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, whole-person care. Grow as a Clinician—At Any Stage Recent graduates: Gain valuable, structured clinical experience with strong team support Experienced clinicians: Use your skills working with SMI populations while contributing to a stable, collaborative program You'll strengthen your clinical documentation, treatment planning, and service delivery skills in a setting that values both learning and expertise. What We're Looking For We are seeking individuals who: Are passionate about recovery-oriented mental health services Have experience or interest working with adults experiencing serious and persistent mental illness Believe in individuals' capacity for recovery and growth Value team collaboration and person-centered care Are dependable, organized, and strong communicators Enjoy helping individuals build skills that support greater independence and quality of life Qualifications Mental Health Professional (MHP): Bachelor's degree in a human services field OR Non-related bachelor's degree + 2 years' supervised mental health experience Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP): Master's degree in a human services field Includes 1000-hour internship or 1 year of relevant experience

Schedule:

Four 10-hour days per week Rotating weekends and holidays Compensation & Benefits MHP (bachelor's degree): Starting hourly pay of $23.00 - $25.63, commensurate with experience. QMHP (Master's degree): Starting hourly pay of $26.00 - $28.75, commensurate with experience. Benefits Designed for
