ScheduleEvery Sunday | 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals recovering from substance use disorders while working a consistent, part-time schedule. What You'll Do Provide support and supervision to clients in a residential treatment setting. Monitor client activities and maintain a safe, structured environment. Assist with daily routines, programming, and facility needs. Complete required documentation and communicate important client information to the treatment team. Support clients while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries. Help create a positive, respectful, and recovery-focused environment. What We're Looking For Dependable and responsible individual. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries. Previous experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or a related field is helpful but not required. A genuine desire to help individuals in recovery. Why Work at Tara?
