LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking a 2nd shift Mental Health Technician for our Supported Group Living Home, Sarkisian House, in New Albany, IN. Requirements include an Associates Degree in a human services field OR two years of college towards a Bachelor's Degree in a human services field OR two years of direct patient care experience with mentally ill clients. Candidates must pass a background check and have an excellent driving record. Other skills needed include computer and typing skills, excellent personal boundaries, ability to be empathetic but firm and understand mental illness and substance abuse as a disease process.
