Job:
As a Behavioral Health Technician , you ll be at the heart of supporting and guiding youth in a residential care setting. This isn t just a job; it s a chance to provide compassion, care, and make a real difference in the lives of young people.
What You Will Do:
Supervise and ensure youth s basic needs are met while teaching them valuable life skills. Model positive behavior , problem-solving techniques, and promote emotional well-being. Keep the environment safe and supportive. Provide transportation to appointments and help facilitate social-emotional skill-building activities.

Looking For:
A high school diploma (or GED) and a passion for working with youth. Previous experience working with children or in a behavioral health setting is a plus! Valid Driver s License , Auto Insurance , and you must be at least 21 years old . The willingness to complete required training and documentation.
