What You'll Do Provide direct support and supervision to clients in the CSU in accordance with individualized care plans. Assist in maintaining a safe, secure, and clean environment for all clients and staff. Conduct routine safety checks and document observations per department protocol. Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, meals, and self-care. Lead psychosocial groups and structured activities as directed by clinical staff. De-escalate behavioral crises using trauma-informed and nonviolent intervention techniques. Monitor and document vital signs and changes in client status under clinical supervision. Report client concerns, symptoms, or incidents promptly to licensed staff and/or supervisor. Facilitate admissions, discharges, and transitions under the direction of licensed team members. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR). Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including nursing, therapy, case management, and psychiatry. Uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. Complete and maintain up-to-date required training for this position. Perform all other reasonably related duties assigned by immediate supervisor or other management personnel.
