Job Description
The Recovery Specialist provides direct care and support services to adults receiving crisis stabilization services in residential substance use treatment. This role focuses on monitoring client safety, physical and mental status, and daily functioning while supporting program operations and maintaining a therapeutic milieu. The Recovery Specialist works closely with clinical, nursing, and peer support staff to ensure safe, coordinated, and recovery-oriented care. Why Join Our Team?
