Cleaning, Disinfecting, and Infection Prevention Meet Department Standards and Goals Customer Service Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Demonstrates oral communication skills required to interact effectively with patients and staff. Demonstrates interpersonal skills necessary to promote and maintain cooperative and courteous relationships with team members, patients, visitors, doctors and others.
