Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be able to lift up to at least 50 pounds
  • Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to maintain a variety of postures including but not limited to kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, crawling for extend periods of time
  • Must be able to run short distances
  • Must be able to perform specific computer functions for data collection and note writing
Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one therapy to clients aged 2-21 years old
  • Follow therapy protocols for skill acquisition and behavior reduction
  • Accurately collect and record data
  • Effectively communicate with families, co-workers, and supervisors

In person Summary As an ABA Line Technician, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality behavioral health support to individuals, particularly children with developmental disabilities and autism. Reporting to the clinical supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in applied behavior analysis, patient assessment, and medical documentation to create and implement effective treatment plans. Your skills in behavioral therapy and data collection will enhance your ability to track progress and adapt strategies as needed.
