Now hiring fu BHT Client Drivers for our newest outpatient treatment facility opening in Baton Rouge, LA! What You'll Do Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.) Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff Record and escalate any critical communication/ incidents in a timely manner Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.) Monitor transportation schedule, safely transporting clients for admit, discharge and appointments as necessary Collect and deliver all external appointment documentation and lab specimens as necessary Engage clients on peer support level during transport, and assist with any luggage Ensure vehicle is well-maintained, fully fueled, and ready for use at all times What We're Looking For High School diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and CPR certification required If in recovery, a minimum one

• year period of sustained sobriety required Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality Dignified character that models recovery principles Minimum 1-year experience in treatment industry preferred Extensive knowledge of all motor vehicle laws Why Join Us?
