MHT Saturday and Sunday Nights Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Perform direct care duties to assist patients in maintaining personal dignity and safety Participate as a member of the treatment team in the implementation of the multi-disciplinary treatment plan Provide driving/transportation and patient escort services Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 0-1 year of work experience in mental health field preferred Ability to work under close supervision and follow verbal and written instructions Knowledge of basic first aid required Completion of assignments accurately, in a timely manner, and within procedural guidelines Ability to communicate effectively with all departments

Work Environment:

The majority of your work will take place in a mental health facility setting You will be working on Saturday and Sunday nights, with occasional overtime as needed You will be required to make patient rounds, observe patients, and respond to emergency situations as needed

Guidance Requirement:

Direct supervision given, with specific and detailed instructions provided Procedures well established, with few decisions made Supervisor readily available as needed

Physical Effort Requirement:

Frequent/strenuous physical effort, including lifting, moving heavy objects, and prolonged standing/bending
