Brandon Residential Treatment Center is seeking caring, dependable Residential Counselors to support boys and young men in a safe, structured, and trauma-informed environment. You'll play a key role in daily routines, emotional support, and life skill development.

Position Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor youth during overnight hours to ensure safety and well-being. Conduct routine bed checks, room inspections, and complete nightly logs. Assist with meal preparation and laundry, and ensure shared living spaces are clean, safe, and organized. Perform medication administration. Maintain a calm, predictable, and supportive atmosphere throughout the night. Assist with morning routines to help youth prepare for their day. Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required. Minimum one year experience working in human services/ mental health field preferred. Must have a valid ID and

CORI/ DCF

background check. Able to participate in physical interventions. MAP certified a plus.

Wednesday-Saturday 11 PM - 9

AM Salary:

Starting at $18.00/ hour w/

MAP Certification:

$21.00/ hour
