Job Description

Behavioral Health Technician Salary is determined based on individual experience, and the range may not include differentials which are based on team assignment. The salary range posted reflects the starting salary for the position and does not represent the maximum potential earnings.
  • $2,000 Sign-on Bonus Great Schedule for Busy Professionals or Students! 3-5 days each week, 40 hours total

As a BHT, you ll: Teach communication, social, and daily living skills (ADLs) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Build positive relationships and celebrate every success Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and clinicians Assist with educational program and Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) Receive paid training and coaching What You ll

Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent Compassion, patience and dedication to help autistic students who engage in challenging behaviors Valid Driver s License + personal vehicle American Red Cross CPR (can be completed with us during your first 6 months)
