Position Overview We are seeking compassionate and dependable Behavioral Health Technicians to provide direct support to clients in our detox and residential levels of care. FULL-TIME DAYTIME & OVERNIGHT

positions:

Daytime:

7am-7:30pm

Overnight:

7pm-7:30am 12-hour shifts What You'll Do Supervise and support clients throughout daily activities while ensuring adherence to program guidelines. Conduct routine wellness checks and monitor for behavioral or medical concerns. Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed. Transport clients to appointments and approved off-site activities as required. Accurately document client interactions, progress, and incidents in electronic records. Facilitate group discussions and encourage client participation in the recovery process. Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. Communicate effectively with clinical, medical, and operations teams to support coordinated client care. What We're Looking For Experience in substance abuse treatment, behavioral health, detox, or residential settings preferred. Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working directly with individuals in recovery. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire. Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries and client confidentiality.
