JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS
Job Summary :
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, receives report about the patient(s) who require continuous observation. Other duties will include environmental tasks.
Education :
Position requires a high school diploma or
GED Registration/Certification/Licensure :
CPR and Suicide precautions training
Experience :
Prefer 6 months related experience
Other Requirements :
Maintains unit-specific and hospital competencies, mandatory learning, and any clinical certifications required in accordance with the Staff Education and Training policy GA-057 and/or any other department requirements.
