Creative Options, Inc. is a non-profit organization who provides supports to people with development disabilities. We are looking to hire for our Behavior Respite Services; 24- hour, community-based crisis prevention and intervention services to people with intellectual and development disabilities in a 2:1 staffing ratio. Services will promote the development of quality services in the context of the local system of care. Our mission is to empower people with disabilities to creatively design and build a meaningful quality of life. Awake over Night and weekend Benefits Health Insurance available (30-40 hours worked) Sick time for part-time employees Requirements Current CMT, First Aid, CPR, MANDT, and DDA trainings Degree in Human Service field and/or 5 or more years of experience in Behavioral health 21 years of age or older Valid MD driver's license with no more than 2 points Behavioral tech and ABA training preferred but not required Data driven and detailed oriented Skilled in Behavior Support Plan (BSP) implementation strategies
