Job Description
Full-Time Rehabilitation Technician (Awake Overnight) OHI is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Full-Time Rehabilitation Technicians for Awake Overnight shifts. Position Requirements Qualified candidates must possess: High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic Ability to work effectively as part of a team Excellent customer service skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Commitment to OHI's mission, values, and organizational goals Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion CRMA Certification Requirement Candidates must obtain CRMA certification within 60 days of their hire date . If the initial certification exam is unsuccessful, a second testing opportunity will be provided and must be completed within 30 days . Failure to obtain certification within the required timeframe may impact continued employment eligibility. Training Provided OHI provides and pays for all required training and certifications for this position, including: Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist (MHRS) Training CRMA Certification Nonviolent Crisis Prevention and Intervention Training Additional required trainings and certifications Education & Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Valid Driver's License (required) Schedule Full-time 12-hour shifts Awake overnight schedule Work Location In-person Join OHI and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve while receiving paid training and professional development opportunities.
