We're hiring Clinical Associates (Behavioral Health Professionals) across Central Maine, including Skowhegan, Waterville, Fairfield, Unity, and Madison. Perfect for recent grads, paraprofessionals, and anyone passionate about working with students using evidence-based ABA. Why Clinicians Choose BDA Starting pay: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour We train you: no ABA experience required, we provide training and help you obtain your RBT certification School-based, full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours Trained 1,200+ professionals nationwide Supporting 350+ schools across 10 states Not private-equity backed, quality always comes first Ongoing mentorship, coaching, and clear paths into leadership What You'll Do Provide ABA services in a variety of settings (public schools, private preschools, homes, community) Implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision Assist with assessments and data collection Teach communication, social, academic, and life skills Collaborate closely with BCBAs and performance coaches
