Position hours are 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Monday-Thursday. This position is a great opportunity for someone interested in psychology, behavioral health, psychiatry, ADHD assessment, or human services who enjoys direct patient interaction and detailed clinical work. What You'll Do Administer TOVA computerized ADHD testing according to standardized protocols. Prepare patients and testing rooms for ADHD assessment appointments. Monitor patients throughout testing. Document behaviors, interruptions, and other relevant observations. Complete TOVA reports and documentation for clinical review. Assist patients with psychiatric rating scales and questionnaires. Ensure testing equipment is ready and functioning properly. Complete accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record. Assist with prior authorization processes as assigned. Maintain a safe, clean, welcoming testing environment. Collaborate with psychiatric providers and the broader behavioral health team. We're Looking For Someone Who Enjoys working directly with patients. Is patient, calm, professional, and approachable. Has strong attention to detail. Can consistently follow standardized testing procedures. Is comfortable using computers and learning new software. Can document patient observations accurately. Works well both independently and as part of a team. Is interested in mental health, ADHD assessment, psychology, or behavioral healthcare. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong computer and communication skills. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality. Ability to follow detailed clinical procedures. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in human services, psychology, behavioral health, healthcare, or related field. Mental health, human services, medical office, or direct care experience. Two years of direct patient care experience. Experience with EHR systems, behavioral health assessments, or standardized testing. Why WebMed?
