Sunday•Wednesday or Wednesday•Saturday
COMPENSATION
Mental Health Practitioner:
starting at $22.29Mental Health Practitioner +
Bachelor's Degree:
starting at $24.69Commensurate with experience Shift Differential Monday•Friday 6:30 pm to 6:30 am: $2 per hour.

Saturday & Sunday 6:30 am to 6:30 pm: $3 per hour.

Saturday & Sunday 6:30 pm to 6:30 am: $4 per hour.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Behavioral Health Practitioner within our Crisis (Residential, Mobile and Phones) Team in St Cloud is responsible for community-based mental health services to individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis. All practitioners work under the direction of a Mental Health Professional. The duties may include but are not limited to: Answer the mental health crisis line and provide phone intervention as well as triage for other needed referrals and servicesProvide mobile outreach services in client's homes, the community, and/or in officeComplete assessments and develop treatment plansCoordinate services with other programs and providersWork collaboratively with a team of Behavioral Health Practitioners
