Job Summary Join our dedicated team as a Behavioral Health Tech/Driver/Admin, where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate behavioral health support, ensuring safe transportation, and managing administrative tasks. This dynamic position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with diverse needs. You will be at the forefront of patient care, crisis management, and data collection, fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients and staff alike. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily activities, behavior management, and therapeutic interventions tailored to their individual needs. Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to ensure safety during challenging situations. Transport clients safely to appointments, therapy sessions, or community activities while adhering to all safety protocols. Document medical records, behavioral data, and progress notes accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct intake assessments and gather detailed information to support personalized care plans. Collaborate with social workers, therapists, and medical professionals to coordinate comprehensive care. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and workspace, ensuring compliance with safety standards and medical documentation requirements. Manage administrative duties including scheduling appointments, updating medical terminology records, and handling data collection for ongoing treatment evaluation. Respond effectively to emergencies or behavioral crises through crisis management strategies and behavior management plans. Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in accordance with HIPAA guidelines at all times. Skills Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure and manage behavioral crises effectively. Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, families, team members, and external providers. Ability to handle sensitive situations involving PTSD care or other mental health challenges compassionately and professionally. Experience working within addiction treatment/mental health treatment is a plus! Competence in data collection methods related to behavioral health progress tracking. Strong organizational skills for managing medical records, intake forms, and administrative tasks efficiently. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality of patient information at all times. Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
