Southern Christian Services is looking for part-time overnight staff for our Adolescent Home for Female Survivors of Human Trafficking. The hours are Midnight-8am Sunday and Monday.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma. Experience working with adolescents. Ability to plan, keep records, work collaboratively with staff and residents, and follow Agency policies and procedures. Must maintain safe driving Record and have personal auto liability insurance ($50K minimum). Bachelor's Degree in a Mental Health field preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide supervision of residents to help maintain a nurturing, safe, and consistent environment in the residence. Teach independent living skills as assigned. Assist Case Managers with transporting residents to and from medical/dental appointments. Obtain medical and dental form and provide to Case Manager. Maintain cleanliness and order in facilities and vehicles. Complete all necessary reports including daily weekly report. Obtain financial receipts and inventory needs as requested by supervisor. Participate in staff meetings and in-service training events. Notify the supervisor of any unusual problems, behaviors, attitude changes, illnesses, peer and staff relationships, physical or emotional problems, etc. Youth Care Specialist will offer SPARCS, TIP and TAMAR trauma-based group therapy.

$16.00 per hour
