Job Responsibilities Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Assist mentally impaired or emotionally disturbed patients under the direction of nursing staff. Support patients with activities of daily living. Observe and report changes in patient condition or behavior. Assist with patient transportation to appointments and treatments. Help maintain a safe and therapeutic environment. Assist with crisis intervention and patient supervision when necessary. Document patient observations and communicate with the healthcare team. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Provide direct behavioral therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Collect and document treatment data accurately. Collaborate with families and the treatment team. Maintain a positive and supportive therapeutic environment. Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support client progress. Mental Health Technician (MHT) Monitor patient safety and behavior. Assist patients with daily activities and therapeutic programs. Support nursing staff with patient care and documentation. Encourage participation in recreational and educational activities. Maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment. Requirements Active CNA certification, RBT certification, or relevant Mental Health Technician experience. Psychiatric or behavioral health experience is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
