We offer a full continuum of care: Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment (SACOT), Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP), Outpatient (OP), and Mental Health Partial Hospitalization (PHP). Our goal is to help men and women learn to live well and enjoy life in early recovery. We pair a proven, modern clinical approach with practical, real-life strategies. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one and group support to clients, reinforcing the skills they learn in treatment Transport clients to and from program activities and appointments safely Collect urine drug screens (UAs) following established collection procedures Respond to crises and use de-escalation techniques to keep clients and staff safe Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across our facilities Observe, collect, and record data on client progress and behavior Work with the clinical team, case management staff, and fellow BHTs so every client gets consistent care Participate in team meetings and training sessions What You Bring Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience and empathy when working with people facing substance use and mental health challenges Calm under pressure, with crisis management and de-escalation skills (training provided) Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy and comfortable with electronic health records and other digital tools Ability to follow treatment plans accurately and document carefully Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfort working independently and as part of a team Valid NC driver's license and a clean driving record Experience in substance use or mental health recovery, professional or lived, is preferred but not required. We'll train the right candidate.
