We are seeking Full-time Residential Support Staff on 2nd shift on our team to support our adult residential home. Full-time, Monday to Friday 10:30am - 6:30pm! Your impact on the team's mission The Residential Support Staff (RSS) plays a pivotal role in our adult residential home where we care for individuals with mental health diagnosis in a safe, therapeutic, home-like setting. The RSS provides direct client supervision and care and assists the team with providing individualized approaches to wellness. Some of the other daily activities you would do as the RSS are: Grocery shopping, meal preparation, and general housekeeping of the residence as well as planning and supervising activities. Medication administration and documentation following training period. Transporting residents to appointments and outings in a company vehicle. Sensitivity to the needs of individuals with
