Orientation :

(MHW) is Monday-Friday 6:45 am•3:15 pm or 8:00 am•4:00 pm for 5 weeks, beginning on a Friday (the last week is spent on your unit on your shift of hire).. Job Duties Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions. Assist in creating a safe and therapeutic environment for patients in a psychiatric hospital setting. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. Monitor patients' well-being and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel. Engage in therapeutic activities and provide emotional support to patients. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and progress. Job Requirements [ Skills, Education, &/or Experience] BLS, either for the American Heart Association (AHA) OR the client Experience in a psychiatric hospital setting is preferred but not required The ideal candidate is someone working towards a psych degree Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer.
