Lead Tech/Housing Manager Job Requirements Monitoring clients and recording your observations. Reporting back on each client's progress and concerns. Excellent listening skills, and a strong understanding of substance abuse Ensuring clients have a safe and supportive environment. Maintain a sensitive and respectful attitude when working with our clients Diffusing situations in which clients wish to harm themselves or others. Providing emotional support to clients. Alerting medical professionals or supervisors to intervene in emergencies. Carrying out assessments and other administrative tasks. Maintaining strict client confidentiality. Transporting clients to and from appointments. Assist with collecting and observing UAs. Help out with facilitating groups as needed (uncommon) Performing assorted light office work. Other duties as assigned. Education/Experience 1-2 years experience in substance abuse treatment High School degree, further education preferred

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
