Responsibilities Assist residents with daily activities, including medication administration and behavioral management strategies Conduct intake assessments and maintain accurate data entry, filing, and documentation of client progress Provide crisis intervention when necessary, de-escalating conflicts with effective conflict management skills Support residents with childcare needs and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times Monitor security within the housing and clinical environment to ensure a safe space for all individuals Collaborate with social workers and addiction counselors to develop personalized care plans and case management strategies Facilitate communication among team members, residents, and external agencies to coordinate care effectively Requirements Supervising experience in a behavioral health or social services setting preferred Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently Experience working with children or in childcare environments is a plus Knowledge of security procedures and first aid certification required Background in addiction counseling, behavioral health, or social work highly desirable Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and team members.
