Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionateFNP PMHP
to join our team. TheFNP PMHP
will be responsible for providing mental health services to patients within our facility.Duties:
- Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations
- Monitor and track patient progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner (PMHP)
- Experience working in a mental health setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of mental health assessment tools and treatment modalities This position offers competitive compensation and benefits.
