Job Description
Lexington Center for Recovery, the Hudson Valley's largest provider of outpatient and residential substance use disorder services, is seeking full-time certified Medical Technicians for overnight and weekend shifts for our 47-bed community residence located within Garnet Health Medical Center in Harris, NY. The Medical Technician provides direct care services to residents within the Community Residence program. Working collaboratively with nursing and clinical staff, this role helps maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic detoxification environment while supporting resident care throughout the withdrawal and stabilization process. Responsibilities include monitoring residents, assisting with daily care needs, supporting program operations, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and best practices.
