Position Overview:

Join our behavioral health team in Syracuse as a Mental Health Therapy Aide supporting evening-shift operations. This role is critical in providing therapeutic assistance and maintaining a safe environment for patients in psychiatric and behavioral health settings. Why Join Us?

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED Certification/Licenses:

Current CPR certification is required

Experience:

Minimum 1 year in mental health settings Direct psychiatric/behavioral health experience required

Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities Proven collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Key Responsibilities:
