Offer crisis management and intervention during urgent situations, ensuring safety while maintaining a calm, supportive presence. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, ensuring clients receive holistic support tailored to their cultural backgrounds and unique needs. Educate clients about harm reduction strategies, behavioral health resources, and available community services to promote sustained recovery. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems while respecting confidentiality protocols. Advocate for client rights and foster engagement in treatment plans through culturally sensitive communication and mentoring.
