We offer Affordable medical, dental and vision insurance Company paid Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) Generous paid time off (PTO) & paid holidays Retirement plan with company match - up to 6% Company paid life insurance Mileage reimbursement A collaborative and mission driven culture Opportunities for professional growth and development Employee training and continued education opportunities What You'll Do As a Mental Health Technician, you will: Provide care and support to individuals while maintaining a structured, therapeutic and safe environment for clients Monitor and assist with self-administration of medication, ensuring compliance to policies and procedures Implement individualized personal care plans for each client with a focus on individual goals and needs Observe and document client behaviors, mood changes and progress to the treatment team De-escalate and respond to crisis situations using approved intervention techniques Facilitate group activities and structured skill-building exercises to promote independence and coping strategies Work collaboratively with clinical staff, nurses, physicians and management staff to ensure continuity of care Follow all facility policies, safety procedures and confidentiality regulations to maintain compliance Maintain clear and professional documentation of interactions, incidents and interventions
