Summary We are seeking a House Monitor/Case Manager for our women's houses to join our team at Bethesda Services LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing clients in a supportive environment, ensuring their safety and well-being while providing essential behavioral health support. Your contributions will be vital in promoting recovery and positive outcomes. Responsibilities Monitor clients' behavior and provide support in a therapeutic environment. Implement crisis intervention strategies as needed to ensure client safety. Assist in medication administration and adherence to treatment plans. Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding progress and concerns. Supervise daily activities and provide guidance to promote positive behaviors. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and incidents. Requirements 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED. Valid Driver's License. Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance. CPR Certification. Experience in addiction counseling or behavioral health preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and staff. Ability to supervise and manage client activities responsibly.
