Starting at $21.00/ hour + Weekend Shift Differential 12-hour Day shift - 6:45am to 7:15pm Apply to Hear More!
Position Summary:
Unison Health is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavioral Health Technicians to join our Children's Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP) . This is your opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and families by providing care, support, and encouragement in a safe, home-like environment.
Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights:
Build positive, supportive relationships with youth Assist with daily living skills, meals, hygiene, chores, and recreation Lead and participate in structured activities and learning opportunities Document progress, behaviors, and interactions Use trauma-informed approaches, de-escalation techniques, and crisis interventions when needed Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a safe, supportive environment
Education & Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license & insurable (if driving required)
CPR & CPI
