Compensation:

Base salary: $140,000–$145,000 (includes 200 hours vacation/CME) wRVU productivity bonus: $26.00 per wRVU, no cap Signing bonus: $5,000 CME/board certification allowance: $3,500 Medical, dental, vision, life, and malpractice insurance 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match starting year 2 Relocation and productivity bonuses offered

Job/Practice Description:

Certified Nurse Midwife Practice across two clinic locations in Findlay and Bluffton Weekday schedule: two 8-hour clinic days plus one 24-hour call day, with OB hospitalist support Weekend call: 1:4 rotation (Friday/Saturday) Deliveries take place at a hospital located off I-75, about 45 minutes south of Toledo Experience with perinatal education, diabetes management, and substance use considerations valued Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative, team-based model Flexible scheduling and supportive practice environment

Requirements:
