March 12, 2026 About The Role Clarvidais hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to provide one‑to‑one behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-24) in home, school, and community settings across Pennsylvania. This is a full‑time role that supports clients with emotional or behavioral challenges and promotesage‑appropriate independenceand stability. Guided by a Behavioral Consultant,you'llfollow a personalized treatment plan that includes behavioral interventions, skill reinforcement, and family education.

You'llwork directly with clients and caregivers, helping reduce service dependence while promoting culturally competent, recovery‑oriented care. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 behavioral healthservicesto youth (ages 2-24) across home/school/community settings Follow treatment plans designed by the supervising Behavioral Consultant Promoteage‑appropriate functioningand skill development Set clear boundaries to reduce dependency on services Provide parent training and caregiver support Offer culturally responsive, trauma‑informed care Maintain daily travel and documentation of client progress Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and auto insurance Ability to obtain PA Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances CPR/First Aid training (infant/child) or willingness to complete training
