What You'll Do:

As a BHT you'll work directly with children to help them develop meaningful skills and make progress toward individualized goals. You'll implement treatment plans under the guidance of our professional clinical team, collect data, collaborate with supervisors, and provide one-on-one behavioral support in settings such as homes, schools, clinics and the community depending upon your assigned cases and University requirements. Who we are looking for:

Students (freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors welcome!) majoring in ABA studies, psychology, social work, education, child care and other related fields.

Requirements:

Prior experience working with children desirable but not required. We provide extensive training! Willingness to learn and reliability is a must! Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. This position requires travel to cover sessions with clients. We will assign you to cases based upon your geographic location and University requirements. Completed background clearances required prior to date of hire.
