Requirements:
Provide clinical direction of services to a child, youth, or young adult Development of an Individualized Treatment Plan Oversight of the implementation of the Treatment Plan Consultation with the treatment team regarding the Treatment Plan Provide supervision to individuals who provide Behavioral Health Technician services Familiarity with behavioral health practices, medical terminology, and medical records management related to patient care. Experience conducting behavioral assessments such as functional analyses or diagnostic evaluations for neurodevelopmental disorders. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards related to patient confidentiality and medical documentation. Prior experience in home-based behavioral intervention is highly desirable. Strong communication skills necessary for working effectively with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications:
Licensed as a Behavior Specialist in PA Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing mental health direct services to children Have a graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling Completed a clinical or mental health direct service practicum and have a graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, counseling, or related field.
