Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavioral Health Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in implementing behavioral intervention plans for children with autism, anxiety, depression, and/or other developmental disabilities. You will work under the supervision of a Behavioral Consultant (BC) to provide support that enhances the quality of life for our clients. This position requires a strong commitment to ethical practices and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
Duties:
Implement individualized treatment plan interventions. Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors accurately. Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and interventions. Maintain confidentiality of medical records in compliance with HIPAA standards. Collaborate with team members, including caregivers, BC, MT, special education professionals, and other support staff. Provide RBT support in various settings, including home, school, and/or community environments.
Qualifications:
Experience working with children on the autism spectrum and/or with developmental disabilities as a BHT/TSS. Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices. Strong data collection skills for tracking client progress effectively. Ability to educate clients and families about behavioral interventions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Clear, legible handwriting is preferred. Completed 40-hour RBT training (if not completed, then will need to complete within 90 days of being hired).
Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
