Summary:
Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Trainer for our Langhorne facility, specializing in Substance Use Disorder treatment. This role is integral to ensuring the success of our staff by overseeing training programs and contributing to the overall excellence of our behavioral health services.

Shift:
1st 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday -
Friday Responsibilities:
Collaborate with facility and regional leadership to identify training needs. Facilitate Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) onboarding trainings and other necessary trainings, addressing questions from trainees during sessions. Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, materials, and equipment for training events. Maintain a comprehensive database of all training materials, trainee attendance, progress, and achievements. Conduct employee surveys, competency evaluations, and interviews to measure training efficacy. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with various levels of leadership and staff. Proficient in maintaining training databases and generating reports. Experience in conducting surveys and evaluations to assess training outcomes.
