Key Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques Provide 1:1 behavioral support in school, home, and community settings Collect and record accurate behavioral data during each session Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills Utilize behavior management strategies to reduce challenging behaviors Maintain timely and accurate session notes in compliance with IBHS and HIPAA standards Collaborate with families, teachers, and clinical team members Follow all treatment protocols and supervision guidance Required Qualifications (CBH & IBHS Compliant) Candidates must meet Pennsylvania IBHS and Community Behavioral Health (CBH) requirements: High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred) Minimum 1 year experience working with children or adolescents (education, behavioral health, childcare, or related field)
