Mon-Fri (2:00P-10:00P) OR (10:00P-6:00A)
Sat/Sun:
4, 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts available 6:00PM-10PM [4 hours] 8:00AM-6:00PM [10 hrs] 8:00AM-8:00PM [12 hrs] 10AM-10PM [12 hrs] Steps 2 Hope is a mental health supportive housing program located in the greater Philadelphia area. Our program is dedicated to offering comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals struggling with mood disorders, thought disorders, and trauma.
Responsibilities:
Provide a safe therapeutic environment for clients and staff. Provides supervision of self-administered medications. Oversee implementation of daily/weekly structure for community housing clients as developed by director of housing. Monitor and observe clients behavior with documentation and count and keep track of all clients with documentation. End of shift reporting to director via email. Transport clients to outside activities, food shopping, appointments, to and from airports and other facilities, using company vehicle. Orient new clients to the facility. Completing a complete housing intake packet and ensuring all documents are signed. Search new admissions belongings to ensure no contraband is brought into facility, and all valuables and medications are secured. Ensure that the house is kept clean and cleaning when necessary. Provide safety checks at housing and reporting any risks to director. Monitor transitional living residential clients curfews and they are abiding to rules.
Qualifications:
Must be willing to pick up at least 1 weekday OR weekend shift per month. Must have reliable transportation to/from work. Must be punctual, dependable, and consistent.
Education:
High School Degree/GED or higher.
Driver's License:
Must have a valid PA driver's license Clear driving record
