Rehabilitation Technician Full-Time Opportunity Asbury Bethany Village | Mechanicsburg, PA Benchmark Therapies is looking for a full-time Rehabilitation Technician to join our therapy team at Asbury Bethany Village, a welcoming senior living community in Mechanicsburg. This would be a great fit for someone who enjoys staying busy, helping others, and being part of a team. As a Rehab Tech, you'll work alongside our physical, occupational, and speech therapy team to help keep the department organized and create a positive experience for the residents we serve. What You'll Do Help keep the therapy department organized and running smoothly Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions Assist with preparing residents for treatment under the direction of the therapy team Clean and maintain therapy equipment and treatment spaces Help with patient files, paperwork, scheduling, phone calls, emails, and other administrative tasks Monitor supplies and assist with supply requests Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality Provide a friendly and helpful presence for residents, families, and team members Pitch in where needed to support the day-to-day needs of the therapy department What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable managing several tasks throughout the day A friendly and patient approach when working with older adults Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic computer, phone, and administrative skills Willingness to learn and participate in training Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform regular physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and kneeling What We Offer Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and six paid holidays 401(k) Life, disability, accident, and critical illness coverage Continuing education and training opportunities A supportive team environment Interested?
