About the Role We're hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to work with children and adolescents aged 2-24 who face emotional and behavioral challenges. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you'll provide one-on-one services in clients' homes, schools, or other service locations. You will implement individualized treatment plans and support families with behavioral interventions and positive reinforcement. This role offers the opportunity to help clients gain independence while fostering collaborative relationships with parents and professionals. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one behavioral and treatment interventions according to prescribed treatment plans Assist children and adolescents in developing age-appropriate functioning and reducing service dependency Support parents and family members through training and guidance on behavioral strategies Travel to clients' homes, schools, or service locations on a daily basis Educate families and professionals on maintaining positive behavioral change Required Qualifications Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances One of the following: Certified as BCaBA, RBT, or BCAT 2 years' prior Behavioral Health Certification or Behavior Analysis Certification from a National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) or American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited organization High School diploma and 40hr RBT Training Certification (or the ability to complete within the first 10 days of hire—paid training time included) Minimum of 2 years' experience providing Behavioral Health services Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with individuals with emotional and behavioral challenges Experience implementing individualized treatment plans
