At Risk Youth Technician (Residential) KidsPeace - 2.8 Orefield, PA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $18.50 - $22.00 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Vision insurance Loan forgiveness Pet insurance Qualifications High school diploma or GED Driver's License Full Job Description The At-Risk Youth Technician, also known as a Mental Health Technician , plays a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and structured environment for children and adolescents facing emotional and behavioral challenges. Success in this role requires an unwavering commitment to the safety and well-being of every child. Our residential program provides long-term care for children and adolescents ages 6-18 who are navigating mental health and behavioral challenges.
Competitive Compensation:
$18.50- $22.00/hr (based on education/ relatable experience)
Schedule:
Full-time and part-time available 2nd shift (3PM-11PM) and limited 3rd shift (11PM-7AM) Weekends are required.

Professional Growth:
Ongoing training, development opportunities, and clear career pathways Supportive Culture Minimum requirements: 1. Be 21 years of age or older. 2. Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 3. Have a High School diploma or equivalent. 4. Must be able to attend a 2-week corporate training session. Trainings are Monday through Friday from 9AM-5PM, and must be completed consecutively. The next training is scheduled for July 20th and August 3rd .
