In this role, you will provide structured therapeutic groups, de-escalate crises using trauma-informed approaches, complete behavioral observations, and support individualized treatment plans under clinical supervision. You will collaborate closely with nurses, social workers, and psychiatrists, maintain a safe, recovery-oriented environment, document care accurately in the electronic health record, and participate in ongoing training that supports professional growth and high-quality, patient-centered care.
