$17.00/HR Schedules Full-Time (Benefit Eligible) Part-Time (Not Benefit Eligible) Job Summary The Mental Health Technician works within a recovery-oriented framework as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing individual supportive counseling and psychoeducational groups using evidence-based therapeutic interventions. This role utilizes culturally competent and trauma-informed practices to support individuals in achieving their recovery goals. The Mental Health Technician provides direct client support, assists in implementing and monitoring treatment plans, and observes and supports the development of individual and group social skills to promote overall wellness and recovery.
