Strong knowledge of horticulture principles, plant identification, native plants, and gardening techniques. Hands-on experience operating ground maintenance equipment, power tools, and irrigation systems. Familiarity with pesticide management protocols and plant pest control methods. Growing experience with various plant species in different climates; ability to adapt practices accordingly. Ability to perform climbing tasks safely when working on trees or elevated structures. Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration. Knowledge of lawn care practices including fertilization, aeration, and soil health management.
