Hours:
M-F, 9am-12pm Approx
  • 15 hours per week About us: Pillar ABA is owned and operated by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
At Pillar ABA, we specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services with individuals age 0-21 years old, diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Developmental Delays, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Adjustment Disorder, Down Syndrome, and additional disorders. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based applied science based on learning principles used to improve socially significant behaviors. ABA therapy in practice focuses on assessing the environmental influences on behavior through assessment-based intervention and data-based decision making. The goal is to increase behaviors that are helpful and decrease behaviors that are harmful or affecting learning.

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 services to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, ADHD and other diagnosis in home, school and community setting Implement ABA treatment plan and procedures under the supervision of a BCBA Collect electronic data as directed by the BCBA Transfer skill to parents, teachers, caregivers and other significant people Complete all mandatory trainings and adhere to appropriate regulations required for future development
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience working in the field of ABA or related Bachelor's degree or associates degree in social work, counseling, education psychology or other human services related field is preferred. Must be able to work a mix for day and evening hours Must have transportation to reach clients location Benefits include but are not limited to:
