BasePoint is looking for a compassionate and motivated Access Specialist to join our team at our Frisco clinic! What You'll Do As an Access Specialist , you will play a key role in creating an environment where patients and families feel supported, safe, and inspired to grow.
You will:
Provide safe transportation for patients to and from the Facility. Prevent and manage crises with patients who have various behavioral issues. Responsible for the non-mechanical upkeep of the van, ensuring cleanliness inside the vehicles, reporting damage, and mechanical problems for repairs. All concerns with the vans are reported to the Executive Director. Conducts Pre
  • and Post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the safety of the vehicle.
Assist with milieu management as needed, to include front office coverage, check-in/out process, line of sight, dismissal, and administrative duties as required. Maintains daily vehicle mileage logs and gas receipts turned into the Executive Director at the end of the shift. Maintains patient attendance log, ensuring patients are delivered to authorized adults. Communicate and consult with clinical staff on patient issues. Safeguard the dignity and respect of our patients and guests. Responsible for creating and supporting a positive, professional, team-oriented, harassment-free work environment by understanding and complying with organization policies. Other duties as assigned.
